Creation of New User

Follow these steps to create a new user in SAP Business One:
 
  1. Go to Administration Module > Setup > General > Users
  2. Click the "Add" icon or CTRL+A
  3. Tick the "Super User" box if the user is an Administrator user.
  4. Specify a unique user code of up to 25 characters. Note: Once added, it cannot be changed.
  5. Specify a username of up to 155 characters. The name appears at the top of the main menu and is editable.
  6. Specify the E-mail if available.
  7. Specify an initial password for the user.
  8. Select "Change Password at the Next Logon" checkbox to prompt the user to specify a new password the next time they log on to SAP Business One.
  9. Click Add
